We don’t do this very often, but thought you’d like to know… A show is brewing at AARNUN GALLERY. We are featuring paintings by 12 students of Rob Sherrill, one of our artist’s, who has been showing with us for 10 years. His paintings of local scenes which many of you have purchased are an important part of our continuing exhibition…. but he also teaches an oil and watercolor painting workshop. His students are doing such nice work he and I decided we should do a special show at AARNUN. The Sherrill Student Show STARTS SATURDAY MAY 13th with a reception from 2-5pm. Good, fresh energy in these pieces and very nice people for you to meet. The work will be up for 6 weeks.

Also playing: New Jewelry, New Pottery–with Plants, and New Frames. Beautiful jewelry designs by Cecile DeCigaran, changing all the time as pieces “find new homes,” so be sure to visit soon. AARNUN represents 3 Ceramics artists and has recently added plants IN pots done up with great style by Susan Spinks. Frames are of course my weakness, any excuse to add an extraordinary carved example is definitely my idea of heaven, so come see what fun I’ve been having adding to the collection.
